Went to look at cars, walked around at least 20 minutes outside. Thought maybe they wete short staffed because of the holiday so we went inside. 3 people hanging around a desk, 1 at a desk, one busy with customers. We stood there with no acknowledgment, hello or any eye contact from any employees for at least 5 minutes before we walked out and drove away. No customer service at all.

Any of yall looking to buy a car because of all the "awesome incentives" be careful. We just left rick hendrick chevrolet after a salesman called us and told us they had exactly what we were looking for in our budget. We drove up there, met with 2 salesman together who shook our hands on a deal and promised us the deal then we sat down to do paperwork and management would not honor the salesmand deal. #handshakesarenogood #dishonorable

Considering how many ratings that are a 1 on here I’m sure their horrible customer service won’t come as a surprise to anyone. I tried to purchase a vehicle through them, even submitted an application and I could not get ANYONE to call me back. I’m glad it worked out that way. I went to Mechanicsville Toyota and their service was AMAZING! Purchased a brand new SUV last night. Mike Elliot is an amazing salesman and Justin in finance worked with me on the numbers. Don’t waste your time here.

I used to have my car serviced here back when it was Dominion Chevrolet. I left after one bad experience after another. Since I could not get an appointment at my current service shop, I decided to give Rick Hendricks a shot. Same attitude, same experience. Money first, service second. And they make no effort to hide it. Never coming back!

I tried to give the service department my business, but every visit was another bad experience. The last visit - Tuesday - was the last straw. The service technician recommended and was ready to replace parts at a cost of over $1,000. I took my car to a reputable independent mechanic for a second opinion, and was told the parts were no where near needing replacement. My trust in Hendrick’s service department is gone. We have danced our last dance together!

Best place ever for car repair service. Beautiful job done on my 2002 Mitsubishi Montero sport. And I love getting a text every day given me an update that is totally awesome. I would like to meet Rick Hendrick and thank him personally.
