I visited the dealership on Friday for a small repair and the service department was world class, the service advisor answered all my questions and the service manager even introduced himself. I was treated more as a friend than a customer. You just don't find that kind of service anywhere these days. Props to you Rick Hendrick. I will be back
Matt Langsam was my Sales Rep. the process took a little while, but that is to be expected when purchasing and trading in a new vehicle. This dealership does not stand by their work and will screw you over at the first chance they get. Charged me $1,200.00 to fix a transmission they had already "fixed" less than 2 years ago. They refused to stand by their work or replace a transmission on a 5 year old car with less than 100K miles on it. Do not go here.
Service Team is by far the best around! They definitely take care of their customers.
Very Good service without delays. They have excellent van service during my wait time.
