On my first visit for service I got an 8:45 appt. At 9:35 my truck is still in the line where I parked it. Salesman talked up the service dept when I was buying my truck this summer. Really need to rethink getting serviced here

Awful dealer. Came here on a Thursday to look at a vehicle. Although the sales person was nice the sales manager and his financial department suck. It’s been 4 days and no one attempted to even give me a courtesy call to see where my approval stands.

The repair shop is dishonest. I went in for a horrible knocking sound on my front end after 1.5 hour wait they said it needed over $1500.00 worth of work. I refused the service and took it to another shop up the street. The lug nuts on my front right tire had come lose after they were tightened there was no more issue. These guys are crooks dont trust them!
I own an 08 GMC 2500 duramax and Dan Sharon took excellent care of me while the shop did the Takata airbag recall and replaced the park brake cable. excellent pricing also. All the staff are professional and personable.
