I dropped my car off Thursday afternoon (oct 22,2020) for it to be worked on the next day. Didn’t receive a phone call all day. I called at 4 to see what was going on. They hadn’t worked on my car because they hadn’t gotten in touch with my warranty company. Then after they got in touch with them they said it was too late to work on the car. I would definitely recommend Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Buick GMC. The service department went above and beyond for my family and I when we were on vacation and our SUV wasn’t running properly. They got us fixed and back on the road in record time. Very professional and beyond helpful. Paul O’Reilly was exceptional as a service advisor. If we lived closer, they’d definitely get our business all the time.

Went in to look at a vehicle that I had called and spoke to a sales rep about. I ask for them to reach out and email me pictures before I came in which Charles said he would. That never happened. I still came in to see the vehicle. Awful service. After 6 hours and my husband knowing more about the vehicle than the sale rep we left with our car. The financial manager could not have been more rude. If my husband weren’t so attached to this car I would have walked out. I hated every minute I had to interact with their employees. They were incompetent, didn’t care for my time or business, and rude. I would never come back or recommend this place of business.
