Update: After having conversations with Pat and my husband going to the dealership to talk to John, Rick Hendrick came through and made things right. After many trips to this dealership to get my Traverse repaired correctly, I’m still having problems with it. The lack of urgency by the Service Manager was insulting. They turned my nice car into A Large Lemon. Now I’m stuck with a bad car and not sure how to fix it. If you value your car don’t go to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Richmond Virginia!
