Service department is horrible my truck came in for service on transmission wouldn’t fix that general maintenance all they did was change the oil they don’t rotate tires they said they can’t do anything for recalls was going to pay a detailing job but instead they covered my truck with grass mulch and chipped my windshield

Interested in a truck I saw posted call to find out if it was available ? They said it was- and sitting in front of building— about 2:00pm. Finished what i was working on about 5 pm went home ask my wife if she could go with me to the other side of Richmond 50 plus miles.We took showers and got ready to go. I love my new Denali! It is so slick with all the bells and whistles. John Stoner, my sales associate who helped with the purchase, was delightful to work with! Even 5 months later, he’s still checking to see if I’m happy! Highly recommend.
We have purchased 2 large GMC’s from them. Bought extended bumper to bumper warranty which we were told covered “everything except the tires.” Their service department is horrible. Can never get you in, even for an emergency. Warranty is in fact a joke. We will NEVER buy another automobile from them. They don’t care about their customers at all. I would be very careful if you are considering purchasing a car/truck from them. The warranty is not at all what they state. Bad business practices. I would not even give them 1 star... read more
I do not recommend their service department as they do not communicate effectively especially when you elevate a complaint regarding their service. I received no response from their corporate office and no response from the actual dealership. I guess when they generate $9 billion in sales annually, they get to decide who’s relevant and who isn’t relevant to their business.
