Purchase my 2020 Chevy equinox which has been my dream vehicle. Theron Drumgole was a great salesman not pushy and understood what I needed. They worked with me on the financial part and they didn’t try to make me go above what I wanted to pay. I am enjoying my new ride and the manger David storm also worked with me to figure out the best deal to help us both. I was very nervous about this process but I am happy so far with my purchase.
After spending 11 hours at Lindsay Chevrolet and not working out a deal I came here and had a deal in 40 minutes awesome customer service my salesman even ordered us a pizza while we’re waiting for my new truck to be cleaned and paper work to get finished 10 stars ⭐️
Our 2019 Silverado High Country has been in four times for brake issues since December. Every time we are told that the update has fixed the issue and we should have no more problems. Huge SAFETY issue and Rick Hendrick Chevrolet nor GM are trying to right their wrong. I wouldn’t suggest making a purchase from this dealership because they aren’t standing behind their product and lack concern for my families safety. Customer service severely lacking!
I have never purchased from you, nor will I ever. Word of mouth is key isn’t it? You are showing what’s important to you and that’s not your customers. Good customer service is righting your wrongs....not about $$.
They do not care about there customers. I have had a friend that has gone back multiple times for brake failure on a new vehicle. Supposedly the recall was fixed but it did not work. Dealership will not do what’s right to fix the problem
