RecommendedMatt Langsam is awesome! He sold us our 2019 Traverse and we got a great deal. Matt made sure everything was done right. We had the cloth changed to leather and he got us in a loaner (another brand new Traverse), made sure the leather was done right and had it back to us in 2 days with the car washed inside and out. He does not let anything get past him and does his own quality check. Will make sure he knows when we bring it in for service so he makes sure it is all done right.
The sales department is pretty good; however, the service department leaves a lot to be desired. They don’t seem to care about your satisfaction with the quality of your vehicle. It’s next to impossible to get anyone to take escalated concerns and their overall customer service Is terrible.
We had a great experience buying our Chevy Equinox with salesman Sam Perry this weekend. I will recommend this dealership to my friends :)
I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership or using them for service. There is no communication at all. I dropped a Silverado off for a sound coming from the front end - said they fixed it. Brought it back shortly after for the same sound and conveniently it was no longer under warranty and the cost was $1,400 to fix. A few days later, the sound comes back and they want me to bring it back - they say it could be something else and are going to charge $114 to look at it. Very poor customer service.
I purchased a new 2019 Yukon Denali XL from Manny Salazar. He was great to work with and made the whole process quick and easy.
service department is the worst I have ever encountered when it comes to amount of time and communication. not a care or interest in the customers time
salesperson extremely friendly, however when sales manager says he is going to call you in regards to deal trying to work out and your 4 days and counting still no contact doesnt exemplify the type of customer service I would expect from a Hendricks dealership.
Salesperson Jake Hendrix was outstanding! Personable, knowledgeable and more importantly, he listened to what we were looking for. We bought our SUV at the price we wanted. Everyone was super nice. If you need to purchase a new or used vehicle, Jake is definitely the one to see!
We went to look at a new truck today that we saw advertised on their website for a certain price. After looking at all kinds of trucks and walking the lots and parking deck we asked about the truck we saw online. It was on their lot for almost double what the advertised online price was. So they showed us another option which wasn’t what we wanted. We were also shown a used truck that it appeared someone had traded in after they had a deer carcass in the bed.
