Took two hours to change my filter on my car and charged me double the price than i pay at other chevy dealers, not happy at all with the service, they need to do better.

Honestly, you don't even deserve one star. Ever since Rick Hendrick took over Dominion Chevrolet the dealership has gone downhill and only interested in overcharging for service. I brought my Tahoe in for the annual state inspection and was informed that it would not pass and would need at a minimum $1100 in repairs just to pass inspection and a total of almost $3300 to fix everything, including new brakes which I had replaced a little over a year ago. Best experience I've ever had buying a car! Dan & Paul had everything waiting for me when I got there. It was not an all day affair and was not stressful! No pushy sales tactics! I'd recommend them to anyone needing a new or used vehicle.
Service department diagnosed major problems with my truck to pass state inspection. Two other state inspection shops confirmed no repairs were needed.
Let's face it, no matter what vehicle you buy, it's the service dept.of which is important more so than other dept. It is here were Rick Hendrick excells and why I will continue to buy vehicles from them
