Don't waste your time. Asked for a quote multiple times and nobody ever responded. This dealership location is a joke. Was having my truck serviced here, but the service writers would rather carry on personal conversations than help a customer.
I just walked their lot for over 30 minutes and no one even approached me to say hello much less sell me a car. Smh!
Brought my Siverado truck in for a recall notification Wednesday September 28, 2016 and I have to complement Donnie Atkins-service rep. He was so professional and did a great job as I was in and out very quickly-
We ended up buying our new Tahoe from Radley Chevrolet. The back and forth with RH was ridiculous to say the least. When spending $65k on a vehicle, we prefer to be called sir and ma'am. Not "Buddy". We were treated as if they were doing us a favor and spent so much time just waiting around for pricing, options, etc. They insulted us by trying to give us a "deal" on one they had on the lot (we made it clear we wanted to order) and it was going to be just as expensive as ordering exactly what we wanted. My mom who is elderly went for just an inspection here and was completely ripped off with a 1,000 bill. One of the things they claim She needed was a headlight restoration ( what??). After I saw all the things they claim she needed I complained and they assured me they would reimburse her 300.00. After a month of waiting I'm now taking matters into my own hands here on social media . Rip off!!!!! Don't go here!!
My car broke down while running errands and they were the closest place to have it towed. The level of customer service Donnie Atkins gave me was immeasurable! Thank you so very much for all your help and please keep up the excellent work!
