We drove all the way from Virginia Beach to purchase from Rick Hendrick Chev Buick Gmc. Shady Kay was awesome as was the management team. This was a no hassle, smooth transaction. Great price on a great vehicle. We have lots of local options, but the team at this location has a much larger selection of vehicles and offered the absolute best price.

The expo marker wall is so creative! I love how while you're waiting for your car to be fixed, you can have your kids draw on the walls. The only thing I do have to say is: some of the markers need replaced. Other than that, AWESOME!

I took my car into the service dept a week ago because my heat didn't work. When I got it home the next day, I had a little issue from when they changed my oil. I called Donnie, who had been in charge of fixing my heat. With no charge to me, he had my car towed from Church Hill to their location in Short Pump, my car fixed, cleaned inside and out, and kept in the shop over the snow storm so I didn't have to worry about digging it out. I brought my 2008 Acadia in for service. there were several major issues with it that needed to be fixed. I was very satisfied with my experience. I dealt with Stanley McKay during the week that you guys had my vehicle. He was very helpful and friendly. I know he spent a lot of time dealing with the warranty company on my behalf to get things approved for repair. You don't find this type of customer service many places nowadays.

My appreciation to the dealership and GM for doing a good will repair for me on my worn upholstery on the drivers seat. The car only has 20 K and still under warranty however the seat cover is considered interior trim and not necessarily covered my warranty. But because the worn seat was so obvious and certainly shouldn't have happened on such a new vehicle, your dealership along with GM provided a new seat cover installed at no charge to me.
