Sat in Buick service on a 2013 Enclave A/C issue for three hours. After asking for my car to go to work I was told a part is on back order and I would have to come back. Three hours for nothing!
Brought my 2015 Suburban in for free 20,000 mile maintenance, and for a clicking you could hear and feel in the steering wheel when turning it. It took nearly a week and a half to finally find and resolve the issue, and I was offered a loaner vehicle twice before I finally accepted it. Though a lengthy stay for a service issue, I do not see it as anything the dealership did wrong as it seemed to be a very unusual problem and they worked closely with GM for ideas and proposed resolutions. My salesman Travis was wonderful. Unfortunately today was my 2nd bad experience with the service department regarding my oil changes. Today was ridiculous. Dropped my car off at 7:30 am for a oil change and tire check and still was not done by 5pm. Story too long to get into detail but once again will be visiting the service department manager in the morning. Totally unacceptable. After this experience I will be having my car warranty servicing done at another dealership. Totally unacceptable.

Brought in my 2010 malibu for the brake lamp recall, dealt with Stanley and had great service from him and he was able to get me in a little sooner than my original appointment. Service visit went great, friendly staff all throughout the building, will visit back again
