Amazing experience overall. From dealing with the online sales coordinator, to having the truck ready to test drive when I arrived, to the service department, this dealership is overall an amazing place to shop. My salesperson, Donnie, was amazing and had great customer support. After one tiny hiccup, the Sales Manager Mark went above and beyond to rectify the issue. This is definitely the dealership to go to. With their huge inventory, I'm sure they have any new Chevy, GMC, or Buick you are looking for.
I bought my Encore from Dominion and have always had service done at the dealership. Before Hendrick took over there would always be a different service advisor on the Buick side. Since Hendrick came in, I have dealt with Mike Wheeler who has been excellent. He always acts in a professional manner and is very good at explaining things so that you can understand them, which is nice for us females who sometimes are made to feel inferior when it comes to cars. I purchased my Lacrosse from Dominion Buick and was very pleased with the service at the time. Since Rick Hendrick has purchased, service has declined. They've already broken a promise of "free state inspections" - no longer honored. Made a 9:30 appointment this morning and would wait for the vehicle. At 10:45 it was still sitting in the lot. The service department is top notch! No matter which service advisor you're dealing with, they're always looking out for their customers. I'd recommend seeing Mike Wheeler, Stanley McKay, John Woodard, Donnie Atkins, or Pat Venable for any of your service needs. They're all great!
Don't buy from there they treat people poorly I brought a car from them last year and they but a warranty on it without me knowing
