Daughter bought a used car from Gary Lang with extended warranty. Engine went down and CASTLE and the warranty company put in a “new engine” (Just talked to warranty people it had less than 1000 miles on it). Now less than 2 years and 24000 miles later the engine is no good (has metal in the oil so it is a bad engine). Have been on the phone back and forth with Castle and warranty company. Sabotaged my Camaro by disconnecting my air conditioner and vandalized it by smearing grease all over exterior and interior. Unstable employees. Owner is an asshole who hung up on me. This was at Christmas. You still owe me $150 that I paid another shop to reconnect my air conditioner that you disconnected on purpose so you could scam me for more money

On 1/16 I was at Culver City Chevy until about midnight working to secure a lease for a traverse as my family car. Initially we were looking at purchasing, but pivoted to leasing to get a lower monthly payment. I worked with a salesman named Lukas. We agreed on a 36 month lease, gave up a ton of extra options and went with the 10000 mile per year option. The agreed upon amount was $500/ month. I Would NOT use Firelands/O’Brien’s dealership in Vermilion. My salesman Brady made promises he never kept and I think the sale manager Andrew is the biggest loudmouth, obnoxious scumbag I’ve ever dealt with. I don’t like being lied to, especially when you realize later that it was intentional. Save yourself a headache and expense, shop elsewhere and get anything and everything in writing (signed).

Deal my daughter got and the sales person all good. But sales person repeated who ever refered you will get a $ amount, its been a month nothing. I don't think I would send another person there.

I drove an hour to purchase a used Chevy Bolt. Once I arrived the informed me the advertised price was $4000 lower than the actual price. Every used bolt they sell is has a bad Lemon Law title and is actually $4000 more than advertised. Insurance companies use these advertised prices to determine pay outs on your vehicle. They lie about their prices online just to get you in the door, I wonder what else they lie about. Not honoring your advertised price is probably the worst thing you can do as a retailer. Stay far far away.
