Went to look at getting a New car. I was greeted the moment I walked through the door and everyone was friendly. I had an appointment with Jared Hayden he listened to what my needs were and never pressured me to look at something that wasn't what I wanted or out of my price range! Great experience would highly recommend this location.

Friendly staff, clean environment/waiting room. However I had an appt for a state inspection and oil change that took almost 3 hours. I didn't expect to spend most of my Saturday morning at the dealership; disappointed.
I didn't purchase my vehicle here, I get better service from here than my purchasing dealer. The service department is very helpful and courteous with working around my schedule.
I had targeted a particular vehicle for purchase and visited Rick Hendrick because they had one in inventory. We were assisted with the acquisition by Medhat Hakki in a most professional and gentlemanly manner. I highly recommend Mr. Hakki if you are in the market to purchase a vehicle.
