Terrible manager. I was attempting to buy a 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation with driver side rear tailend damage, real light and bumper. I was seeking to buy the truck for $33,000 due to the rearend damage. Seller states we can't negotiate the price. I say ok take care. This review is for the service department. After servicing my Trax (bought new) here every six months for 7.5 years, exclusively, I gave it to a relative in another city. Their local Chevy dealer service said the previous tire rotation stripped lug nuts and damage a wheel (among other minor issues), requiring $500 to repair. I paid the relative for that damage, and took the documentation to the Champion service manager. They offered NO compensation, claiming the issue could be just the vehicle's age. Went in today because of posting on their website. They had the vehicle that was advertised and I was interested. Then they proceeded to hack away at the advertised discount by adding on dealer added options and then wouldn’t honor the advertised interest rate with the manager telling me they didn’t even offer the 1.9% interest for 72 months.
