They were a little backed up due to computer difficulties but the service was good and they got done pretty quickly.
To say I'm disappointed with this Dealership is an under statement. I searched for hours looking for a new vehicle. I find one on your website, inquire about it, make an appointment to see the vehicle. I show up for my appointment, ask for Evelynn McSwain, get handed a salesmen who knows nothing about my appointment, try's to find the vehicle I wanted to PURCHASE, then tells me it's not available. I had an amazing experience today at Rick Hendrick thanks to Elliott Vaughan and his sales manager Paul. I actually had FUN buying my new 2017 Chevy Sonic RS. They gave me a good rate for my trade in, and I drove off in my new car the same day.
