I drove an hour to see a car posted on the FRONT PAGE of their website. It was also listed on FOUR other websites as still available...despite the vehicle selling two days ago. Sales manager did not even apologize for the mistake, said it's normal. From a customer standpoint, it's not acceptable: it's called BAIT AND SWITCH. Isn't that illegal?
Visited the service department today after a very long night battling the need for roadside assistance with a blown tire. Each employee was attentive and cheerful. We were in and out in a reasonable amount of time with our auto issue resolved. I was impressed with their customer service.
I came in looking for a used car about two months ago, with a very specific model in mind. I didn't have an appointment, but Joe Hankins was able to take care of me immediately. Thanks to him and the manager that day, Matt Meschke, I was able to walk out *that day* with a new car for less than the price of the used one I wanted. I had an appointment for a state inspection for my 2015 Malibu; arrived 5 minutes early to a long line of folks, waiting to check in. I was told my wait would be 1 hour and 45 minutes. The waiting area is very nice; wi-fi, soda, water, coffee & TV. To my delight, they called my name 45 minutes later and what I expected to be a ruined morning turned out just fine. The gentleman I worked with was fabulous and I am pleased, as I usually am - with Hendrick Chevrolet.
Went there today to check out the GMC 's and came out with a new Terrain.Joe Hankins was really great. He helped us fine the exact match for our needs. I could not have asked for any better treatment than we received tonight. I would recommend it anyone that is interested any buying any of their products. I want to thank Manny and Paul for their help also tonight. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for a job well done.
