Medhat Hakki made our new car buying experience enjoyable. Medhat works for the buyer, and is very pleasant and professional to work with.
I have a number I couldn't go over, they told me with the incentives the car would DEFINITELY be where I needed it, then turns around after starting the signing and states there are no incentives...Oops. They kept pushing for the sale... Completely snowballed me! They got their sale and I lost thousands of dollars because now I have to trade this car in because I can't afford it.
