Don't buy from Rick Case Honda. Great salesman but the sales manager is terrible with no customer service. Forget about calling or emailing Rick Case or the managers. They Never return calls or emails.
My experience here was amazing!!!! This is my second vehicle purchase and it won't be my last! Everyone is very energized, courteous and willing to go the extra mile just to answer every question you have! The sales rep. I'm referring to Service here... Sales is great.. They got my recall part in on July and they never called me.. When I went for regular service and inquired they had given the part to someone else.. They said they get it this morning and now it's tomorrow.. Very unprofessional at that service department in davie... Again.. no complaints about sales.. Only service

Where do I start...Between my family and I we have bought 5 vehicles here. It's a bit out of our way but we want the best. We thought Rick Case was the best but we were wrong. We do appreciate the customer service as far as being family friendly however thats not enough! Once we sat down to run the numbers we found out something devastating.
