Worst experience ever buying a car! I have bought many cars over the years and I will NEVER use Rick Case ever again. I actually bought a car and had to return it less than 48 hours after. What was written on the paperwork and what was actually done were opposite. The sales guy made promises and lied! He was rude and unapologetic and even when caught and called out, had no empathy. The emplyess give you the fuck in run around about your car. My car has been here over a FUCKING MONTH and they still haven't fix my car. They have every excuse in the book and quick to pass the buck........They have NO MECHANICAL PERSONAL that could repair my car so why are they there ..... The Assistant Customer Service Manager couldn't even follow up and give me pricing for a shield underneath my car. I decided to call his boss Alex the Customer Service Manager, I left several messages for him complaining how his assistant customer service manager gave me poor customer service.
