Of course they will move earth and sky when you buy a car from them. And they will paint you unicorns and rainbows. But after you buy the car they are DONE with you. They were supposed to pay off and returned my previous leased vehicle (vehicle leased through another car company) It took them 2 weeks to even get the check to pay that off prepared, and they couldn't even get the facts (account number) correct. I have been coming here since I've bought my car in 2012. So far I have been getting good customer service. They are all very pushy when it comes to sales and what needs to get done for your car, but then again that's pretty much everywhere. I wouldn't mind doing everything that I have to do if it wasn't so expensive! I have noticed the prices skyrocket throughout the years and it's disappointing. Either way, the representatives are all very helpful and I have yet experienced bad service...(thank goodness)

My wife leased a 2015 Honda Civic with Rick Case Honda a few months ago. My salesperson was Joel Morales and it's the first time I've ever met him. I loved the service so much from the salesperson, to the sales manager (Yosuan Martinez), and the finance manager Sam. Very one treated me us amazing even the other salespeople that weren't even involved in our deal. Very family oriented. I believe in Rick Case Honda so much. That I became an employee myself and love what I do.

I can't believe the sales department is open until midnight. Who is looking for a car then? I wouldn't by a car from them just for the fact that's the way they treat their employees.
I had the worst experience with the collision department not returning phone calls, having my vehicle days longer then necessary and not fixing it, making me having to pay a huge car rental bill, and not standing up to insurance adjuster that say nothing was wrong when Rick Case told me that I had to flat spots on tires and needed to be replaced, and they say they treat you like a good friend l don't need friends like that.
