I have nothing but great things to say about the staff, management and overall customer service at Rick Case Honda!!! I have bought two Hondas over the years and have referred friends to their facility and have had nothing but smooth experiences!!! Would not buy my Honda Vehicles from anyone else!!! Oh and BTW I live in Central Florida and can honestly say it is worth the drive every time!!! Thank you everyone for always making my buying experience the best it can be!!

Poor service! My 1st review was blocked because I wrote the truth. I have left messages for financial service managers to call me back no one had called have. I have complete wrap warranty on my car but now I need a repair they are telling me it only covers electrical. Rip off.... I got a lemon and unfair service from day 1 # frustrated customer.

Went to the parts department with a loyalty card American Honda sent me to find out that their system won't take the card. I was told I had to pay for the part and they will reimburse me. Called Honda and they told me to talk to the a Manager. Nothing happened, they just don't care.
Jim Johnson took great care of my wife and I, very knowledgeable about the accord, no pressure, was a pleasure working with him and his sales manager Dexter to make the deal happen. Thanks for getting my wife in her 2015 Accord.
