Terrible!! My car is in collision for a repair to the repair. I got a loaner car that needs service. I call for days and days leave messages and no call back. I speak to the manager and completely acts like he doesn't care what I'm saying, just yeah yeah, they'll get back to you. I'm a stay at home mom with 2 kids who should not have to put up with this!!!
The best place to go for a car! Frank is the best salesman and my experience was relaxed and enjoyable! I love my 2015 Honda Civic!!!
Be very careful with Rick Case and don't leave them a check unless the deal goes thru. Our deal fell thru and even though we got our check back they still put it in electronically causing us to get a fee with the bank. And when we brought it to the attention they now saying that they can't do nothing about the fee they caused.
I'm a 3x customer of this dealership. But today I was completely let down by a sales rep. His lack of respect for my and my family's time is by far the worst I've ever had to deal with. He set an appt with me at 12. He didn't show up to our appt at his workplace. He text me 6 hours later to finally ask if i went back. I wasted gas, a Sunday afternoon. I had to have someone watch my 5 kids just to go meet this guy who turned out to be way busier than me, a pregnant mother of 5.
Unfortunately I want to tell you about the terrible experience I have had with multiple rick case locations. I do hope that you do get this email or it gets passed along to you. As a business owner my self I would want to know why I lost a long term customer as of Saturday. I have purchased multiple (5 cars) from your dealerships 3 for me 1 for my brother and 1 for my wife. Don't believe this dealership! I drove an hour to visit this dealership after being told they had the two cars I'm interested in available. THEY DIDN'T HAVE EITHER!!!! COMPLETE WASTE OF MY SATURDAY MORNING!
