Great crew over there, Gonzalo and Kyle are both excellent. They always go above and beyond. I love the atmosphere, management us great. We are on our 7th Honda from there.

Terrible experience. They told me my car needed something on the phone when I asked what the price would be they did NOT tell me the total cost of all of the service. When they called me to tell me it was finished is when they told me the total. I believe it was done on purpose because I am a woman and young. Unbelievably rude and condescending. NEVER returning.

Bought a 2017 car from Rick Case Honda and my car not even being 2 weeks old, gave me issues with the AC, it was no longer blowing cold air. I called the sales man who sold it to be and he told me to bring it in Saturday or Sunday to be fixed. Me being out of town my boyfriend decided to be amazing and take it in. He drove 45 mins in a car with no AC for Rick Case Honda to tell him that the technicians were not there today.
