It’s stressful to buy or lease a car, especially for a woman. But Everyone was nice and helpful and my salesman, James St. Fleur, was patient with me, answered all my questions and made this a pleasant experience.

Rick Case Honda is the most shady, unprofessional place of business I have ever been to. When a “manager” is almost ready to fight me (a 5’1 women) with her one year old child in her arms...speechless!! I left that establishment (who contacted me by the way) shaking and feeling like I had done something wrong when all I wanted to do is trade in my lease for a new one. Our assistant service manager Wisler Dorcely was so helpful in guiding us with the needed service on our Honda Fit . We got our repairs done in a timely manner and always keeper us updated with the progress .
