Service Department personnel was very professional and courteous. The battery was replaced at no charge since it was about 1 year old.

Horrible service. I brought my car in less than a month ago for an oil change. They also do the point inspection. Checked off that my battery was good. Last Sunday my car would not start. Battery was dead. A friend came over, opened the battery & it was bone dry. My friend filled the battery with water & jumped it. Later that day car was dead again. We left a message for RC service manager. Of course manager did not call back. I had to put in a new battery at Auto Zone. Also they didn't fill up my fluids with the oil change.... read more

As much as I love rick case I CAN NOT STAND being cold called while I am in the service waiting area to buy a new car !!!!!! It is more than annoying I already own one of your vehicles if I want another one I will come to you. Please stop doing this !!!!
