Rick Case Honda's reply to my negative review comment is that I didn't take my car to them first but went somewhere else to replace the cable, which I didn't. The battery cable fell apart, so I just had to put in a battery end clip to drive it to Rick Case or else the car was not drivable. This tells me that they didn't even bother to check the part that need to be replaced; it was the original cable from Honda that came with the car with an nickel end clip. They don't even offer water or coffee to the customers. Very bad customer service.
I've had nothing but great experiences with the team here. My civic is a couple years old. No major fixings yet, but it's a smooth process every time I need maintenance.
FB fam please excuse this rant/complaint... So I take my 10mth old car in for an oil change and automatically this sales guy Akeem Bogle calls my cellphone before I could get to sit down. I am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with the customer service you guys have provided after getting a another brand new car. Evidently keeping “great” customer service after the fact doesn’t matter!

Worst customer service ever, they do not deserve a single star. Went to pick up my car it still had stains and broken pieces of glass! The car was supposed to be “ready “ after passing “quality control “. This was last Saturday and car is not ready, my mistake : I paid them and did not cancel the payment!
