Bought my first Honda Civic at rick case and I’m not happy at all with the collision center I got my car with paint chips on it so they were happy enough to fix it on the driver door and bumper but they didn’t put them back correctly and now my door doesn’t align with the rest of the car and a part of the bumper is loose I left work early to go there for them to fix it and they told me there is nothing they can do about it and looked at me like I was crazy this is a brand new car they screwed it up and of course every time I... read more
Contacted them regarding a vehicle advertised on autotrader. They were unable to answer basic questions about the car. I’m unable to answer phones at work, so prefer email communication, but the refused to communicate via email. They don’t appear to be very interested in working with their customers. If you advertise online, you should expect online communication.
DAUGHTER PURCHASED 2015 HONDA PILOT THE FINANCE GUY EDDY SAID CONTACT HIM AND AFTER 6 MONTHS AND HE WOULD FINANCE WITH SOMEONE ELSE SO WE GET LOWER PAYMENTS CALLED HE SAID HE DOESNT WORK THERE ANYMORE SO STILL STUCK WITH PAYMENT OVER 900 MONTH
Buyer beware. Rick case Honda may seem all about customer service at first... but when you buy a new car and get home and realize you were not given a spare key or a tire lock key, that customer service flys out the window. Not only will it take you months to get a hold of someone to discuss the problem... but when/if you do, Rick Case employees/ dealers will tell you you’re lying and you probably just “misplaced” the parts. I have purchased several new cars included a previous new car from this same Rick Case Honda and I have never met such a person like Maher Hussein. Maher in my option went above and beyond helping my with the purchase of my 2017 Honda CR-V If anyone out there is looking for a car, I highly recommend visiting Maher.
