I am a new patient of Dr. Olstein and from the moment I walked in for my 1st visit I was treated with so much kindness and respect , on my 2nd visit I was happily greeted by my name , it made me feel very welcomed and like I have known everyone in the office for years , Thank you .
My recent follow-up visit served to reinforce my faith in Dr. Olstein, his nurse Jamie, assistant, Jasmine and the front office staff. They all stand as a tribute to Austin Heart. One of the best Drs I’ve ever visited. Very short wait (3 minutes but who’s counting). He was incredibly thorough and really listened to me. If I was to be a Dr. I would want to be like him! I wish he was my primary care Dr.
Dr. Richard Olstein at Austin Heart - Harker Heights is very thorough in his evaluations. I had several questions and he answered them completely. He is so easy to talk to and explains everything in words you can understand, instead of Dr.'s terms. I really enjoyed the treatment from his staff, and the receptionists. I would definitely recommend Dr. Olstein to someone searching for a cardiologist.
I have found Dr. Olstein to be very concerned about my health and my concerns. He listens and approaches my health and well being with great care and understanding. He explains and offers real-life suggestions. I am recommending him to everyone I know.
Dr. Olstein is awesome. He takes his time never rushes. He very caring, understanding, and smart. He will go above and beyond to help your situation. Would not go anywhere else he is the best! Oh and staff is great too.
I was greatly satisfied with his follow-up recommedations and completely at ease with his care.
This latest appointment was a follow up appointment after a TIA in October. I have been seeing him for several years. Dr. Olstein listens to my concerns and never rushes through an appointment. Easy to understand instructions and makes me feel at ease. I highly recommend Austin Heart, especially Dr. Olstein.
I had an excellent visit with Dr. Olstein. He was concerned with me having congestive Heart disease. I am happy to say that the has ruled that out through several tests and left me with assurance that was not the case. I believe that he is a skilled and good doctor. I recommend him.
