Dr. Risinger was very thorough and answered all my questions clearly. He took the time to explain my diagnosis and I left feeling confident that I was getting top-notch treatment.
The visit was during the COVID state of emergency. The office followed social distancing protocols and I was able to get into see the doctor within 15 minutes. The nurses are very personable and made me feel welcome and at ease. The doctor paid attention to my concerns and listened to my answers when he asked a question.
Dr. Risinger is my favorite doctor. He is very professional yet extremely personable. He listens very attenatively to your concerns & addresses them in a very confident & reassuring manner. He spends adequate time discussing issues & treatment while not being rushed. Discussing issues with him is like talking to your best friend who is a doctor. I would not hesitate in referring him & his staff to any of my friends & family.
Dr Olstein answered all my questions and concerns, and this gave me total confidence. I definitely recommend Dr Olstein - he is superb!
Short wait time. Staff is attentive & friendly. Dr. Carlino is very kind & considerate as he addresses any concerns and goes through his medical checklist with you.
He was not willing to listen to my issues and concerns. He rushed me through the appt and would ask a question and not let me respond before he interrupted and asked another question. He was dismissive and seemed as though I was wasting his time. He showed very little compassion for my fears. His staff was very nice and helpful.
Dr. Risinger is a "people" person. He listens to your concerns before suggesting a plan of action. I wish all my MDs were like that. I unhesitatingly recommend him and staff.
The wait time was short. The staff were attentive. Dr. Risinger and his nurse are excellent: Dr. Risinger listens patiently, answers questions thoughtfully and takes the time to explain everything.
Dr. Risinger has been my doctor since 2013. A health issue recently came up that required a lengthy test, etc. Needless to say, this had me very concerned. As always, Dr. Risinger in his usual calm and professional manner, explained in detail what would happen and what to expect. He has a great sense of humor which helps to put my fears at ease!
