I don't understand this survey...this past week I was at Dr. R.'s office, but it wasn't his time to see me; one of his PAs saw me...Oh well, I will answer as it pertains to Dr Risinger and the past time he saw me. (This will be the same as my first survey for you...as you might know, I think Dr. R. is great as a doctor and as a person. He saved my husband's life with his diagnosis, and has kept George in the best health he can for my man, who is 89. I was pleasantly surprised how well my first patient visit went, since I have a-fib and high blood pressure and stroke. He recommended some light changes in medications. I was well received and everybody paid a lot of attention to my problems .
Dr. Risinger is a very good doctor who also cares about you, his patient. He is easy to talk to and he listens to what you have to say.
Dr. Bhatt is thorough as well as very personable. He never rushes and is an excellent listener. He uses a lot of common sense in his decision making. I have a great deal of faith in him
Dr. Carlino is very good with seniors. He's never in a hurry and takes time to answer all our questions. We believe Dr. Carlino is one of the best in his field. We have every confidence that he knows his profession well and is as concerned with prevention as he is with treatment. We highly recommend him.
Felt very at ease talking to Dr. Carlino about my situation. He answered every question completely. I was treated with professional courtesy from the time I entered the reception area until the time I left. The entire group is definitely one of the best!!!
As always, my visit with Dr. Risinger on 6/19 was very pleasant. The services provided were excellent in every way. I will certainly recommend Dr. Risinger & Austin Heart to anyone I know.
very quick and efficacy
I had been having come discomfort and got checked out by Dr. Crimmons assistant. Rochelle(sp?) is terrific, the best doctor's assistant I have ever been to. Usually I don't feel quite satisfied when I see an assistant but this lady knows her stuff! Crimmons is the best cardio I have seen and I've seen and in 77 years I've seen several.
