Always explains the whys and why nots. Takes all the time necessary during my appointment to insure all areas have been covered and discussed. Has a great doctor patient rapport. I never feel like I am being just moved in and out like a assembly line.

After I Had A Unexpected Heart Attack I Was Referred To A Doctor That Was Unreliable And Just Not A Good Fit For Myself. After Searching For A New Doctor My Wife Came Across Austin Heart And The Location Was Perfect As We Live In Killeen, The Office Staff Is Always So Polite And Professional. Dr Olstein Is Wonderful . I Would Recommend Him To Eveyone.
My visits with Dr. Olstein have always been pleasant and informative. He is great in listening to me and my wife. He answers all of our questions with simple language and expertise. I highly recommend him and his staff. Breaking an appointment or squeezing in has not ever been a problem.
