I had a follow up appointment recently and I found my experience to be even better than the first. Considering the extra steps everyone goes through as a result of the COVID19 check-in/patient protocol, everyone from check-in to check-out was awesome! Dr. Bhatt is an excellent doctor. He has treated my 95 yr. old mother for congestive heart failure for the last three years. He is caring and attentive. He always listens to my input and gives her the best of care. Thank you.
I live in South Austin and the location is very convenient. They have always been great about setting up appointments. Dr. Risinger is very easy to talk to. He has explained my health conditions to me in great detail and in lay-mans language so I understood what was wrong and needed to be done. When I needed a specialist he set it up for me and I was happy with the results.
