I felt very comfortable with Dr. Olstein; like talking with a friend. My visit was routine in nature but Dr. Olstein covered all the bases with me about my hearth and it's health. I enjoyed talking with him.
Dr Olstein is a Super Hero as far as I am concerned. Finally, a Dr. who listens and takes the steps needed to get the help you need. Everyone I have encountered at Austin Heart is excellent. They go above and beyond to see to your comfort.
Austin Heart and Dr. Olstein. 5 stars. I was able to get an appoint in a matter of days to discuss a heart related issue. I was checked in quickly and saw the Doctor at my scheduled time. He listened taking the time to discuss and explain without rushing. Staff, nurse and Doctor made me feel welcome. The level of customer service was above and beyond.
Every visit I am met with respect and he explains everything in detail and never rushes through an appointment. I feel very at ease. He has been my doctor for several years now and would highly recommend him to family and friends. Knowledgeable and professional yet compassionate and caring. #GreatDoctorBigHeart
Routine visit to check the swelling in my left leg. Dr. Olstein was Thorough in his examination of the extremity and although the issue is not resolved, he made me feel confident that his treatment is headed in the direction that will reach resolution.
Follow up appointment was excellent. Explain everything to my understanding. Recommend what was needed in tje future. The most pleasant clinic I've ever visited.
Dr. Olstein has treated me for the last 5 years and I highly recommend him as a Cardiologist. He is very detail about my questions and takes time to listen to me and explain in detail any recommended treatment and options he recomends
