Dr explained clearly my issues
He seemed fine during initial visit, but one month later was unavailable, and following month, was unavailable due to 17 minute problem in my getting to right building! Horrible ending. Wanted me to reschedule another month later! Seems disproportionate to initial and now end visit! Is it age? Can't say, but other patients in waiting room complained about the same treatment.
I owe my life to Dr Bhatt. A true caring and empathetic professional. Without his, and his staffs help, I would not be alive writing this review.
I've been going to Dr Risinger since 2015. He is south austin and I am far north but because of the time he takes and his courteous and honest he provides it is worth the almost 29 mile drive! He has seen me through a triple bypass and other concerns always with a positive and upbeat attitude. One of the easiest doctors to discuss health issues I've ever! I've told my spouse, even if we should relocate I would return to Dr Risinger for my six month appointments!
Dr. Carlino is a fantastic Doctor. He doesn’t rush through an exam, he’s a dr. who speaks calmly which is important to me. I’m a person who could easily panic over a procedure as big as my heart, yet, he seemed to know this and was able to get me through each test, then to surgery. It was amazing, because he was calm I became calmer. I think he’s a genius.
He was dismissive and seemed as though I was wasting his time. He showed very little compassion for my concerns. He mumbled snide comments under his breath about my age and health. When I experienced issues with prescribed medicine, he/his nurse did not return my call.
