Worst service Department I've ever dealt with. Do not take your car here for service. I had to take my car in three times for the same problem, never got a call about the progress and when I picked it up they hadn't put one mile on it, as they said they had, to make sure the problem didn't re-occur. TERRIBLE!

The service department at Richard Chevy is what really makes buying (or leasing) your vehicle here worth it. They are exceptionally professional, maintain a clean facility, and are efficient when it comes to regular service visits such as oil changes and tire rotations. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a new(er) car.
