I feel like a review is needed after my service. The customer service was above and beyond my expectations. Especially because I am a difficult customer to deal with and I usually am easy to push over on certain things. Sid noticed and took very good care of me and my vehicle in a hurry. Their communication sucks and their dealing as well !! I wanted to buy an SUV , they miscommunication and provided the wrong information over the phone. The rep said test drive is scheduled and you are all set. I drove about 3 hours to visit them. After I have arrived , the manager advised that we cannot drive the vehicles I mentioned over the phone and was typical apologetic and had no regret on what they are doing wrong .
