I had a great experience with the sales department at Richard Chevrolet. I was shopping for a Chevy Bolt. Kyle helped my wife feel comfortable with concept of driving an electric car for the first time. Although I expected the dreaded haggling process, Kyle surprised me by making a reasonable offer on the first try, including a package of dealer, GM, and State of Connecticut discounts, rebates, and financing. Both the car and the dealership have exceeded my expectations.
