One of the salesmen told my friend’s mother to “use the outhouse around back.” No one in the store held him accountable. They allowed him to talk like this to paying customers. Disgusting. I wouldn’t buy from here. No one in this establishment deserved commission

I really enjoyed doing business with Richard Chevrolet. Bob taught me about so many of the features and options on the truck I was looking at that I did not know about. Our salesman, Bob, was fantastic. He knew all the details of the vehicles and immediately got us into a beautiful Equinox. With the current Covid issue, the staff was super accommodating and helpful. Their pricing was better than the other dealerships we had visited. We are very happy with our experience at Richards!
