Nope never. Sister bought a used Chevy from them a few years ago and day 1 she has had nothing but issues and Richard Chevy refuses to try and help even with an extended warranty. Car was never cleaned or inspected. Needed new spark plugs, trunk support struts were broken, needed a new engine and a hand full of other stuff. I understand it’s used but it def wasn’t road ready. Recommendedthe courtesy in this company is unbelievable Had 8:15 appointment The service gentleman came out and meet me when I pulled in took the car in a way they went oil change and tire rotation less than 30 minutes plus a cuppa coffee and a bagel Hello thank you for the tootsie pops my grandchildren love them
i go there for my oil change change and issues if i have any with my car the staff is very friendly and curtious and also offer rides back home if i dont want to wait for my car and then they come and bring me back to pick up my car.
Salesmen are very good. They ha e a big selection and if they don’t have the car you ate lookin for you will have it in two days. Always. Very friend.y. We have Ben going to Richard’s for 26 years.
Made 2 separate appointments to see a specific truck. Both times told it was unavailable, absolute joke...
We came home last night with our new jeep! What a great experience at Richard Chevrolet with Francine! She was great right from the start. She welcomed us on Sunday with a friendly easy demeanor, found us a jeep with the description we asked for and gave us advice that fit our lifestyle. Not sure why they have wholesale cars with a payment calculator on the website, making it seem like you can finance one of those cars. When in reality when you get to the location they tell you they need to be paid in full and can’t be. Should be marked more clear on the site to save people time instead of driving traffic to your store.
I've bought 3 Vehicles through Richards Chevrolet all from Jim Kubicza.. One a Chevy 1500 for myself, a Traverse for my wife and then recently a New leased Equinox..Jim was extremely helpful through the whole process from start to finish!! In each case he matched ours needs and Budget to get us in a Great Vehicle..If you are looking for a Chevy I would hands down visit Richards!!
