Ryan Montalvo is the best Salesman. I recommend anyone to go & see him. My sister purchased her car from him and a year later my daughter purchased her SUV from him. He is consistent and honest. A true asset to the Dealership.

Had a 1 pm appointment for the first service on my ‘17 Traverse. Arrived a little early. Car was taken in at 1:05. Wait time was reasonable also. Waiting area was nice. And the sales department was busy. They must be doing something right!

When I bought my car I was told it was certified and my oil changes were covered for two years. I'm sitting here getting oil change now and being told i reached my limit , it covers 4 and this is my 5th and it's $45. That is not was was told to me When i bought it and it doesn't seem they care or wanna help.

Thank you Richard Chevrolet and thank you to George Rodriguez and Eric Schmidt!!! It was such a wonderful experience. George and Eric were so knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Even meeting with Jack and signing all the paperwork last night was a pleasure. Before we left George went over everything in the car and helped set things up. More exciting was driving our new baby home tonight! Both George and Eric gave us their cards and told us if we ever have questions to call, thats excellent service!

The service department at Richard Chevrolet has been great (friendly, honest, and straightforward). Even for the simple things like oil changes! I had to bring my three children (11, 8, and 5) with me for an oil change Thursday and their lounge was quiet and comfortable with plenty of room and even a few things for my little guy to do (books, toys, TV, etc.). Refreshments and snacks are always there for the taking as well. Nothing but great things to say about Richard Chevrolet since buying my 2016 Colorado from them 2 years... read more
