From the service dept problems to the problems buying my 2016 Silverado. A few months ago my boyfriend and I went to Richard Chevy to meet with Eric Schmidt and Erich Stewart. They treated us as if we were family. We ended up leaving 2 cars later and couldn't be happier! I'm going to recommend them to anyone in the market for a new and used car!
Brought my trailblazer in for some recalls and first of all Sidney greatorex was the rudest service advisor I have ever dealt with then one of there techs breaks a kick panel on my truck and they tell me it came in that way and said they have it on video when I asked to see the video they said they can't do that thanks now I have to spend $200 to fix there mess up
