Richard has to be one of the the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Maybe even THE best. Kyle and Sean were fantastic. Zero pressure and great guys. Super helpful and made the whole experience enjoyable. I went in with an intent to buy my Camaro some point in the near future. But the deal was super reasonable, I fell in love with the car and they put everything together as they were closing. They even let me take the car home that night!
Seriously the most honest people I've ever worked with. Erich and bob were patient and very accommodating to what I could afford and come up with. They were professional (and kept me laughing all day which is a plus) and never let me down!! I drove away in a beautiful truck for an amazing price!! I'd recommend them to anyone !!!! For the last 15 years or more we have bought our cars from Richards. We feel we could by a car anywhere but when you buy at Richards Chevrolet you are buying into the best service department, the best sales team and the best customer service and support anywhere in New England. I just bought the 2016 Equinox and love it great car. Of course I bought it from Richard's!
"Best Rental's" sub division of Richard Chevrolet is top, top top notch. You can not ask for more out of a rental company. The SUV I rented was brand new and loaded with options. Smelled like it just rolled off the show room. The whole rental process including phone calls, pick up, inspection, paperwork, drop off, return inspection, took a total of 15 minuets. Tony, the manager, is a pinnacle of customer server. Truly a cut above the rest. A+++
I just bought a Equinox... The service I received here was amazing!! Everyone was so friendly and kind. Howard worked extremely hard to find me exactly what I wanted at the best price (he even worked on his day off!). If you are looking to buy a Chevrolet, Richard Chevrolet is the place to go!
