Just picked up our new Traverse! What a great experience! Once again, Richard Chevrolet and their very hospitable staff went overboard to make the process smooth and painless --from the receptionist to our sales rep, Bob Dreier, especially! Bob was efficient, proficient, knowledgeable and patient as he walked us through the multiple stages of closing and familiarizing us with our new vehicle. We highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a Chevrolet!
Just bought our daughter a 2013 Nissan Rogue. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. Greeted and offered water as soon as we arrived (on a very hot day) by receptionist, shown vehicles by John Chillemi and left since nothing was available in our price range. Received a text 3 hours later that a new vehicle just came in that we might be interested in. Returned and loved the vehicle. The best & most welcoming dealership that I have ever been to. It all started with Donna Jordan who makes you feel at home with a smile and hello as you walk in. Vehicle Specialist ~ Mike Gago who sold us our Traverse, was very thorough and honest right from the start couldn't ask for a better person to by a car from. Business Manager ~ Robert Dreier helped us understand all our options with warranty's and pointed us in the right direction going into the future. Looking forward to purchasing more cars soon.
