I went in for an oil change and was told that it would take approximately 45 minutes. I was in waiting area - 2 hours later I checked on the vehicle. I asked a person at one of the desks and he said I have no idea - I did not take you in. He did not even get up off of his stool to help. Thankfully someone else walked by and he said - hey do you know about this vehicle?
