Most patients I see do NOT require surgery and can be cured with simple measures. I employ a team of nurses and cetified hand therapists all of whom share the goal of obtaining the best outcome we can, and returning our patients to work and play effectively and quickly

Dr Bernstein was excellent. He operated on my finger. He was very informative on what he was going to do and very reassuring on the outcome of the surgery. He has excellent communication skills and always made me feel comfortable. My surgery was a success thanks to Dr Bernstein. I would highly recommend Dr Bernstein

I have seen Dr. Bernstein over the last 15 years for many issues and he has always been professional, kind and competent! I just saw him last week for a trigger finger issue and he was again wonderful and I'm happy to say I am 100% healed!

I was lucky enough to have Dr Bernstein perform surgery on my Scaphoid fracture in Jan ‘18. I received excellent care and I was back to work at the hospital with no limitations! Highly recommend Dr Bernstein if your in need of a surgeon is is an expert in the UE!!

Dr. Bernstein performed two surgeries on my hands to release my trigger fingers. At all times he was professional, knowledgeable and concerned for my comfort taking time to explain the procedure and recovery. I would absolutely recommend him for hand-related issues.

I had a nasty softball injury (at age 55). Dr Bernstein was my second opinion after the first doctor I saw wanted to fuse the joint on the middle finger of my dominant hand. Dr Bernstein's choice was more radical--rebuilding the joint, but I am typing this with a functioning finger! His manner is kind and approachable, which is great, but he's also a great surgeon who will go the extra mile to get the best result for his patients.
Dr. Bernstein performed Basal Thumb Joint Reconstruction . He did an outstanding job. Dr. Bernstein's personality is comforting and knowledgeable. I had complete confidence in the procedure and the skill of my surgeon. He is also extremely nice and very clear on what is to be done and what you need to do for aftercare. I was very comfortable with the entire process. The doctor's PT was also outstanding. I would recommend Dr, Bernstein to my family and friends without reservation.

First time seeing Dr. Bernstein. He is so down to earth and great at what he does. I had an infection in my thumb and he was able to get it back to normal. I also have trigger finger. He gave me a shot and my finger is much better. I would recommend Dr. Bernstein.
