Pretty good in all around the complaint I would have would be maintaince could be better in following through with requests or what they are going to do...
The apartment is never quite as nice as the one you see when you tour the complex, and I personally feel that you end up paying a bit more than it’s worth. Repairs either happen right away or quite a while later. There really isn’t any in between. But to be honest, Rexburg housing isn’t a bad place to live. It could be better, but as a poor college student I’m not looking to live in the lap of luxury.

I️ can’t speak for the other Rexburg Housing sites, but Brookside Village is incredible. Our fridge was broken, and they got us a brand new fridge. I️ also got a brand new chair and blinds for my room. The management is super nice, and they aren’t evil with clean checks and fees (like Tuscany). Add onto that that we’ve got huge, single person rooms, and you’ve got one resident that’s staying put!
Georgetown is a good place to live. The managers are very nice. The price is good for what you get. The only complaint is that it has not been renovated in a very long time.
