RecommendedI love all the cool activities offered at Rexburg Housing. Alpine Chalet and Rockland are the best!
I love the amenities here, and depending on the complex you live at, you can get really close with others and make friends.
I absolutely recommend Rexburg housing. Specifically autumn winds! They are AMAZING. The manager is amazing and you can’t beat the price point with the amenities. You have 4 roommates and you have your own personal room and only have to share your bathroom with one other person. The staff is amazing and the attaching ward is AWESOME. I’ve lived here for 2 years and I legit recommend it to every single person I run into.

I live at Somerset at the moment and it isn’t that bad. Sure, the apartments aren’t the best in the world, but it still feels homey. So far I like loving here, there’s a great welcoming community here too.
It’s a good complex. Close to campus and close to food. Managers are good to work with and friendly.

I have lived at Birch Plaza for 4 semesters and have loved it! Great amenities, great environment, and great people! The price is great for what you get!
The fact that I am being told that my apartment must be full over the summer while we still have a pandemic happening and getting worse in Rexburg is telling enough. ever since Redstone Residential bought out RH, the quality of both the staff and amenities have gone down the drain. I have lived here way too long for this nonsense and am getting out at the end of the summer finally.
I lived at their Birch Plaza complex for 3 semesters and for the most part enjoyed my time. However, I do not recommend living in any complex under Redstone Residential (Rexburg Housing). The on-site managers do what they can but the communication between the managers and the overall management is flawed. The management does not work to be fair and work in good faith with their tenants. They will charge you for every little thing, even if the problem was on their end.
