In Autumn Winds, I definitely love the private bedrooms so there are no conflicts with different sleeping schedules with a roommate. The location of it is perfectly close to campus to walk. The building I live in is currently not renovated, whereas the rest of the buildings in the apartment complex are, but it's not extremely different or bad. Every room has a personal heater so the apartment stays nice and warm during the winter time. I'm planning on staying for another semester.
This is my first semester in West Winds and I'm loving it. The manger is really nice and helpful. It is an apartment for 4 with 4 private bedrooms so that gives you enough privacy. One thing that can be improved may be maintenance. Sometimes it takes a while to get something fixed. But overall it is a good place to live.
This is my second semester here at Birch Plaza. I have enjoyed both apartments that I have lived in. The managers get things done in a timely manner. When things aren't working correctly we get them fixed rather quickly. Our mangers make sure that all of the girls are doing great in their apartments. They want us girls to be comfortable so that we can focus on school, work, and church. Thank you Rexburg Housing for choosing wonderful managers.
Management isn't the best, maintenance is behind, we had a request for two semesters now and nothing has been done, it starts out cheap but fees are constantly added on. If you ask my advice pay a litttle more to live under different property management, you'll end up saving money in the end. Rexburg housing is unresponsive and conniving.
I am liking it here in alpine chalet its only my first semester but i am enjoying it here!
I’ll start off with move-in day... it was pretty chill! We got out keys to our apartments pretty quickly, plus we were able to choose what room we wanted (and were able to request to room with specific people which as far as I know were all accommodated for). We had a fe things wrong with our apartment, but most of them were taken care of within the first few weeks. We still never got our desks which is a bummer, but it’s not that big of a deal.
