I was not informed when I renewed my contract online that the price was going to be raised 400 dollars. I would not recommend Rexburg Housing. When I went to talk to management about, it they brushed me off and quickly closed. I really hope the management can correct this obvious oversight.

I have an Ivy Women's contract for the Spring semester for sale! SUPER CHEAP! I'm charging $1,095. Includes a parking pass (which they're sold out of!), and you'll most likely have your own room :) the ward is great and it's in the second building, which is close to the gym, shuttle line, and lounges. I love living in Rexburg Housing. If you want great management, a fantastic ward, and to meet tons of new people then I strongly recommend Birch Plaza. (Womens housing)
