All the properties are old and outdated. The prices are ridiculous and the are constantly charging you for things left and right. And prices will go up for no reason (inflation I guess is what they would call it). Management was decent, depending on who you talked to - they could either be your best friend or make your life pretty miserable. Taking advantage of broke college students is what it is.
Poor management, and inconsistancy with what they say. I do not recommend living in any apartments run by this management.

Do not keep up their end of the contract. False Advertising. The condition of the apartment is not what they claimed to be. Do not live at Arbor Cove!!! Somehow bad reviews are blocked. The comments may still be there but you block the rating so nobody knows how Poor this business is. More proof of your incompetence.
I am selling a contract for winter 2014 semester at Crestwood Apartments women's housing. Directly across the street from campus. Willing to negotiate price of $895 per semester.
